Dear Member Federations,

The working group for new statutes, nominated after the Poznan Extraor-

dinary Congress, had its first meeting on 17^th February in Moscow.

It was agreed to ask all European Federations which language they prefer as

the official language of the EFC/CEE:

English or French.

In order to continue the work of this working group, please send your answer

until the 26^th February to the Secretariate, email address see below!.
