Announcement
of the events to the public
We will make the events public via following measures (ie
concerns both, call for exhibition material as well as information about the
exhibition in different countries):
- Announcements
on the website of the European Fencing Confederation
- Announcements
on the websites of the European National Fencing Federations
- Information
to the national press agencies in each country
- Announcements
on the websites of organisations preparing events and tournaments
- Announcements
via companies specialized in fencing (such as Allstar Uhlmann, PBT

- Raise
awareness by inviting known personalities from the field of sports and
social life for the inauguration
Project
elements
Notes:
- Competition on sports photograpy with fencing
topic – open competition
- The text on the panels will be published in
French and English.
- Posters announcing the exposition will be
adaptable for multiple events (eg date of exposition can be filled in
separately) so we can benefit of higher printing
quantities
and lower unit costs. The same is true for the leaflets. The copies of posters
and leaflets could be enough for approximatly 5 events.
- A designer will develop the overall creation to
explain a maximum in pictures to avoid language barriers.
- All materials have to keep the „corporate
identity“ of the exhibition.
- The panels are not expensive, easy to be
transported and to be installed
- If necessary, electronic files to allow
translation into national language
- Non-fencers will be involved in the creation of the material to have
a better understanding on what and how we need to explain to the public
