Information Letter no. 13-2007

Dear Member Federations,

To answer many questions about the formula of the European

Championships please find herewith the specific details:

1. Individual Championship will be fenced according rule o.38 which states that there will be NO exemptions, like the system for the junior world championships;

2. Team Championships will be fenced according rule o.47. All teams will be placed in the tableau according their places in the official FIE ranking of the team world cup. The first 4 teams will remain their places unchanged; the remaining ranked teams will be placed in the table by drawing of lots in pairs.
