Dear Member Federations,

as you all know from our Information Letter no. 15-2006 of 05.07.2006

which we sent after the Izmir Congress, an Extraordinary Congress

was envisaged to take place this year together with the European Junior

Championships. According our Interior Rules Art.1.4 we inform you

already today.

An official invitation with agenda will follow in due time. The main point

is the conception of new statutes of the EFC/CEE.

The place of the Congress will be communicated at a later date.
