Member Federations,
With
reference to many requests concerning the upcoming 1st European Under 23
Championships in Monza (ITA) I want to give you some information as far as they
are known in order to help you planning your participation. In a few days you
will find all necessary details on the championship’s website.

The
Championships are open for fencers who must be less than 23 years old on
A
registration fee of EUR 30 per fencer has to be paid at registration.
Referees
have to be nominated as follows:
1 to
4 fencers: no referee required
5 to
9 fencers: 1 referee required
10
and more fencers: 2 referees required.
For
missing referees a penalty of EUR 400 has to be paid on registration.
