Main principles of the new circuit:
1) Generally both, boys and girls will participate at the same date and venue
2) In total 5 competitions were included into Circuit "East Cup": 2x AUT, 1x SVK, 1x HUN, 1x CZE
3) Participants at competitions are cadets and younger categories where no cadets ranked among first 32 in EFC CC are allowed to take part from any federation, also from others then organising countries.
4) No earlier than 10h00 can start competitions in order to allow arrivals and departures on the day of competitions for neighbouring countries.
5) The dates of competitions confirmed by the organisers are:
15.10.2011 Budapest (HUN) - invitation already distributed and published
18.12.2011 Bratislava (SVK)
07.or 08.01.2012 Vienna-Sudstadt (AUT)
18.or 19.02.2012 Brno (CZE)
14.or 15.04.2012 Krems (AUT)
6) All other rules not cited here above are in competence of the organisers (quota of referees, entry fee, equipment) - accordingly local rules in force.
The competitions will keep the title "East Cup cadets foil" followed possibly by local title if it is relevant (for example Budapest, Bratislava etc. or other title).
After the end of this season we will make an evaluation and can adopt conclusions for next season.
