European Junior Championships Lobnya (2010/2011)Persons
Santarelli, Andrea Fichera, Marco Bino, Gabriele von Der-Osten, Frederik Volpi, Alice Straniero, Stefania Monaco, Beatrice Moskovska, AnastasiyaItalian fencers dominated pistes of Lobnya taking first three medal places in both individual competitions that took place today. In the Men's epee competition an Italian final with Marco FICHERA against Andrea SANTARELLI went on. Santarelli defeated Fichera 15:13 in second third. In the semi finals Santarelli defeated a great fencer from Denmark Frederik VON DER OSTEN who piece out the remaining medal place.

The ladies foil event had the same headway as the epee competition. First three places took by Italian fencers from which the best showed up to be Alice VOLPI who defeated clearly Stefania STRANIERO 15:5 in the final. Third places were taken by Beatrice MONAKO (ITA) and Anastasiya MOSKOVSKA (UKR).
