One of the biggest personalities of Czech fencing, Mr. Vratislav Janda - father of the current EFC President Frantisek Janda, suddenly passed away on 28th of November 2011. Multiple national epee champion, and for some periode also president of the fencing federation contributed to the development of fencing even beyond the borders of Czech Republic. We shall remember this man for his admirable and gentle manners. RIP Vratislav....
