Coupe d'Europe

Heidenheim awaits – 30 days left

A legacy of excellence

The countdown has begun: in just 30 days, from 30 October to 2 November 2025, the city of Heidenheim will once again welcome the Coupe d’Europe, the oldest and most prestigious team competition for clubs in the world. First held in 1961, the tournament has become a cornerstone of European fencing, a stage where tradition and excellence meet.

The season’s first highlight

This year’s edition will mark the European Fencing Confederation’s first major event of the new season. Clubs crowned as national champions will gather in Heidenheim to compete across all three weapons, testing their strength and unity in front of an international audience. The week before the competition, fencers will also have the opportunity to take part in a high-level training camp, further adding to the atmosphere of preparation and anticipation. Updates can be followed on Instagram at fechten.heidenheim or on the official website.

Competition schedule

The Coupe d’Europe will unfold across three days of intense matches:

  • 31 October — Women’s Foil and Men’s Sabre

  • 1 November — Men’s Épée and Women’s Sabre

  • 2 November — Women’s Épée and Men’s Foil
