This weekend’s programme began already on Friday in France, where the Cadet Circuit Cabries (5–7 December) opened one of the most traditional foil events on the European calendar. Hundreds of young foilists from across the continent are competing in both men’s and women’s individual events, followed by team competitions that traditionally produce intense and emotional finals.
